Well. I promised 
that I'd draw cyndaquil from my how to draw pokemon book. I don't use the steps I just look at the final product and draw from there. I think that either the head is too small, or that the leg in the foreground is a bit too big...
In the second gen pokemon, Cyndaquil is my second favourite. Right after Totodile.
If anyone wants to save and then edit this by colouring or whatever feel free to do so but make mention in the picture or in the description that the original version was drawn by me.
Does pokemon belong to nintendo nowadays or 4kids? I don't know. Help me out if you can. Because 4kids ruin everything, but nintendo rocks.
