Can I have m spear back

I was running around in brotherhood trying to get an achievement and I was having fun throwing spears. And I nailed this guard right in the head. I was like "wow... Give me that back" Then I was attacking innocents... Haha. No not on purpose, they were getting in the path of the spears. I desynched a few times.
